{{xl}} is the template for Xross-wiki Links. Use it as follows:
{{xl|reso:ProtoFlux:DataModelStore}}→ DataModelStore{{xl|rfc:6120|XMPP Core}}→ XMPP Core
Though it's really only useful in its first form, where it strips the namespace prefixes.
