{{xl}} is the template for Xross-wiki Links. Use it as follows:

• {{xl|reso:ProtoFlux:DataModelStore}} →  DataModelStore
• {{xl|rfc:6120|XMPP Core}} → XMPP Core^(rfc)
• {{xl|wikipedia:ID3v1}} →  ID3v1

Though it's really only useful in its first form, where it strips the namespace prefixes.
